I have been visiting this saloon for almost 8 months now and I am very much satisfied by their service . I have been living in Abu Dhabi for almost 10 years and I have tried most of the men’s saloons and I have to say this is the only saloon I felt very welcomed from the moment I stepped in.From the beginning I was assisted by Mr Salman and he is very professional. I must say he took care of my long beard and long hair very well. He does a good job with whatever he is doing.It’s a nice clean saloon located in al falah street. They have online booking system which is very easy to book as per your convenient time.All the staffs are very friendly.Overall it’s great experience at House of barber.Do visit this place and you won’t get disappointed.

Today I went to Alfalah branch to do my hair straightening. I booked for hair straightening and beard but later I’ve canceled the beard and did my hair straightening. Mohammed did the service for me, hes amazing and he did in a proper way. When it comes to payment 180 for hair straightening and 30 for beard. So I’ve to pay only for my hair straightening that will be 180 and they took 210 and I asked why the guy who’s taking the money he told me I’ve long hair that’s why actually I’ve medium hair only and I told him but he said no and I paid 210. Rest all good. And I informed the management via email I was so happy with the management they replied to me within no time and we had a phone conversation. Im so happy with the management response. Ill go next time also.

New to AD and was skeptical to try a new salon, booked an appointment with Salman at House of Barber based on google reviews. I explained him the hairstyle I wanted and he merely looked at the reference picture of 20 seconds and was confident he will be able to do the look. Now I was still unsure because I have had past experiences where barbers agree to you but eventually do their own. But Salman was on point and gave me the perfect Peaky Blinder haircut and shave, he did an exceptional job and was highly profesional and humble.I am glad that I found the best Barber shop in AD, also amazed with the prices for such brilliant service.

My fiancé came to do a facial and hair treatment as well as hair cutting, and he left the place saying that from now on, this is his new favourite barbershop. The place was clean and tidy, the people were very friendly, and the work was perfect. The stylist was very professional and cut his hair really well, and the treatments were amazing and he left the place feeling refreshed and relaxed, with much smoother skin and healthy hair. We recommend this place to whoever is looking for nice treatment from very proffessional specialists, and we (my fiancé) will definitely repeat the experience.

Getting a total change of myself after years with best barbers in town. Soothing ambience and all sort of precautions taken. Didnt even feel the blade while shaping due to Mr. Abids attention to every single hair. I would say the best saloon in Abu Dhabi.Booking online makes it even more comfortable to avoid any sort of time waste.

I am extremely disappointed while writing this review about House of Barber staffs high degree of unprofessionalism. I had a booking for Hair+ Beard combo at 7PM for which I showed up at 7:05PM. To my amazement, Abid, the staff I had booked back then, not only did give up my slot to another customer, when asked about it, his approach was very hostile which lead to a heated argument between us. He claimed that I was late and he need not wait for me (Seriously, we are talking about 5mins here..FIIIIVE MINUTTES..OMG). Furthermore, I did also confirm my arrival on call an hour before the booking. As what we would expect out of any decent salon, he could have just called me up at 7 to re-confirm my arrival. Lets just say that since I did not keep up the time, he gave up the slot, ok fine, but what I do not appreciate is he showing me attitude to a regular customer like myself. You can be nice to your customers at least. Now, this incident took place a week ago, and I had not received a single call from the management looking further into the issue. That shows how unprofessional your approach is and your apathy towards retaining your existing customers. It was a horrendous experience and I am never going back there again.
