Bartender and manager deserve a raise

We were guests staying at the hotel. Bad first impression of Cinabar from the onset with the rude attitudes of the door staff. There was one door staff member in particular, I think her name was Yasmin (but not entirely sure). I’ll never forget the way she looked at me up and down. Would not recommend at all! Can’t believe this bar is located in a 5 star hotel.

Worst bar ever!! Very poor customer service. The staff need special training in customer service! I can’t believe this bar is located in the lobby of a 5 start hotel! If you are a tourist there avoid going to this bar!
