Hi..... Great venue... good location....an office person like me great axis to chill out in WTC.But...the staff.. especially one lady who serve in our table,to be honest she is so rude...not friendly as we expected in the venue.Reason we change the order within 2 minutes....she cant change order.The item was already been punched.we like to drink our own choice and I think that all hospitality industry have given the rights to there customers to change there order.Thanks.

The vibe is lovely, it wasnt as intense as some of the other loud places, which was really nice and allowed for nice conversations to be had. They allow indoor smoking even though they have access to a terrace and a cooled off space for shisha/hookah smokers, which is a really move touch.My only gripe is with their chairs. I love them very much, its just that their adorable factor doesnt translate well when sitting at the bar; theyre either way too low or way too high, but the rest of the tables are perfect

Great bar with good food, happy hour 12om-12am, multiple sports screens, cool urban decor, smoking allowed inside, friendly staff, ambient music, perfectly temperature controlled, pleasant atmosphere, very comfortable establishment, I highly recommend it to anyone.

The service was really excellent in general. The ambiance were really amazing. Servers was really accommodating and very friendly. Manager Jonah and RJ, was very kind. I would really recommend this place 100%!

If you love 80s music and a good place to hang out within the city then BYB is the place for you. Very friendly staff. Usually in pubs like BYB you may not find good food menu but its not the case with BYB they have food menu also available incase if you are hungry or change your mind to eat and not drink. The Backyard has open place with the nice weather it would be the best place just to have food, sheesha, drinks and good music. A very good combination of all which is hard to find in the city.

This is our favorite place to go everyday after work. We feel relaxed after a long day with their amazing ambiance and of course their food and drinks. The service of the staff is commendable as well most especially Jhona who always accommodates us with her smile and looking after us always and not to forget Kiko as well. Highly recommended😍

Rude staff, very bad management and customers service, I was a regular customer before but now we can not compare between the BYB before and now,WHAT A SHAME!!

Location and atmosphere is great,though the costumer service have to be improved slightly and the staff have to be more attentive and smile.

It’s really great place and one of the best outdoor places in winter.But unfortunately, I don’t think I would like to go back or recommend it to anyone, because the most important thing to me is a customer service, and they have the worst customer service I’ve seen so far, the whole experience from entrance till leaving is not good at all, ( and this is not my first time, i came to this place more than 20 time over the past 2 years) and thought it should be better the next time, but unfortunately this is not the case. I am really sad to say that, because I really like the place and the location, but with this customer service I don’t think I would be able to go back ever again.I would like to speak to the owners about it, but the assistant manager is not helping, and I don’t know how to approach them.

Good grub, loved the fried calamari and the chicken strips. The drinks were flowing and the vibe was easy and welcoming for a wide variety of folks. Dress was casual and every other person was smoking. Yes, despite the crack down on smoking and hookah this place was filled with it. Use the open patio if you want to avoid a very strong smell of smoke in your hair and on your clothes.

The venue is very nice and we really felt comfortable there however the food really need to improve and there is no any promotions or offers like other places anyway we understand if this the company policy.

Winter is here and its all about getting comfy as much as you want. We had organised a bdae event for my brother here and they were just amazing. The food and shot offers for a group and the dj was amazing. Its a must go to place atleast once!

The vibes are just over the top.Would go here over and over again. The service is a little slow but everything else makes up for it. The happy hour menu is definitely worth it.

Wonderful sports bar in the World Trade Center. They have nachos, tacos, wings, and burgers. The service is friendly and attentive, all in all a good place to grab a bite to eat and watch whichever game is on.

Nice place. Went two nights ago. Absolutely nothing for vegetarians. They had pizza but was not available. Was told i could order onion rings for dinner 😒.

This pub is the absolute winner.. for the WORST manager! Went there showed them my ID on the mobile and the manager attitude was beyond appalling insisting that I need to show her the actual one and asking us to step out of the place!They need to learn the very basics of etiquette , hospitality or at least how to handle customers !

Similar to previous review from Tisha Wrenn, I had same experience with the menu. Ordered the only vegetarian option only to be told not available. I understand the current circumstances are difficult but I dont understand how other pizzas can be made available whereby a vegetarian cannot. Afraid I will not return until menu has been improved.

It usesd to be our favourite place to hang out with my friends , I used to recommend it to anyone who come to visit Abu Dhabi, but after today I will never return to BYB , we were waiting out at the door for over 30 minutes and then they let a group of girls to get in who they came after us because they are girls first and kept us waiting , u spoke to the Manager the chubby blonde short girl and shes like oh its our policy to let the girls first, as a person from a western country this is un acceptable, keep on doing that will run this place out of business.Thank you for let us to try a new place with better location and about the same service. Will never return to BYB after today .

Doesnt have a ceiling so the pipe condensation drips in your drinks, food, and phone...it will not let me respond...we are in the Middles East, we all know it is a humid place. And a few drops is very gratuitous, is a shower under the pipes. The staff have to wipe the bar down regularly. I love the place, but dont try to pretend it is not an issue.

On a Thursday night. The DJ was good , but the place is smokey. Also too many brought sports TV on without any live music, would have better to play the same video of the big screen

First impression was very good but after several visits! There were times when we witnessed the cooks going out of the lavatory and never washed thier hands. Byb used to offer popcorn with beer,however others offer peanuts, now they r not offering nothing. Dj is somehow boring as he plays same songs and music tracks almost everyday. Needs some renovation as many seats now are getting old and timeworn

Amazing hangout for ladies night(and gents too)inclusive of 3 drinks on the house amidst unique designs and decor. DJ FAB got the crowd grooving with his excellent mix. Food was served promptly by efficient staff.

Service is a little slow but food and ambiance was perfect for what it was! Elmar pour server was fantastic, he provided excellent service to myself and the group of 12 lads watching the world cup.

Super cheap great tasting drinks and food, very cool venue, not very crowded around dinner time, but Ive heard it draws a crowd later. The seats are rather uncomfortable and the pool table is kind of run down and crappy and the one foosball table is a not broken. They dont have any darts for the dart boards though. Bathrooms look very cool. Havent seen the outside tent area, but it looks really cool! Would highly recommend it for food and drinks!

So this place... It has a very unique theme for a bar place. Not bad but different. I guess I would say its something similar to an Outlaw movie. The service was good enough for how full it was on a Friday night. The food and drinks prices are very good, compared to other places within the vicinity. The outside area is very large, and its great for any size of social gathering, with two large screen for sports. But overall I had a great night. I would recommend to try it.
