Good food, Im glad they have a vegan burger (beyond meat) w. Vegan cheese. It would be great if they just had more than 1 (vegan) option. Maybe 2, or 3.Great bar ambiance otherwise.

I had visited this place couple of times, the beers in happy hour has a very bad taste! Almost all of them taste horrible like it mixed with water or something, one day l saw a “ reserve “ table, and we tried to get it for us, after we call, staff inform us that the place is only walk-in.Please do not update your password for WiFi, or give it to customers to keep in the table. I don’t feel comfortable to ask 1 million times for it:(And the worst - why theirs no QR menu for beverages? I’m not allowed to stay next to bar? And I don’t feel comfortable to ask bartender about all of your options;(

Its a cozy Lounge, one of the best in Abu Dhabi with indoor games and a wide range menu for food and beverages. Definitely, a place to check out.

It’s one of the bestest sports bars in abu dhabi. So many screens which give everyone the full opportunity not to miss any moment during the game. Drinks aren’t that expensive.If you wanna chill and support the game in full passion then go on the right side after entering and if u wanna sit, relax, drink/eat and watch the game then left side area is for you.

This is now my favourite joint in Abu Dhabi. The Blu Sky Lounge & Grill at Southern Sun hotel on Al Mina road, on the way to Mina Port. I have been there so many times and I can assure you that you will like the ambinece of this place. Its a sports bar & lounge at the same time. They have big LED screens all around the wall and you will never miss one of those important foootball matches, even if there are 5 of the going on at the same time. We usually go for Stella pints as they have happy hour deals on them till 12AM (what more could you ask). The food I would say is something I wont talk about much. I have tried their fish n chips (average) and buffallo wings (very dry). Oh but, if you are an Indian and you prefer something chilly, then please ask the Indian chef there to make for your egg burji (Scrambled eggs India style), they will serve egg burj with kubboos and its amazing (you wont see it on the menu). They have a resident DJ playing soft tunes, some light beats, techno stuff but not too loud, which is very much a thing I favour (now that my clubbing days are over.. LOL). Good place to go if you are a foorball fan, or to have few drinks with friends or family in a very nice atmosphere.

It was the first time I went to the place but the environment was relaxing and the staff were really friendly. They have several tvs with different sports on and their food was great. It has a unique modern design from the chairs to the ceiling design. Great place to go and chill.

Fantastic venue for a sports bar. Live sport, good prices, and amazing food. Thursday evenings you can play bingo for 50AED and get 5 games and 2 free drinks. Winner gets a gift voucher for any restaurant in the hotel for 200AED.Super value for money, and a very relaxed atmosphere.

We booked the private room. The room was very nice, however we had to control the music from outside and also we had to go to the bar to get our own drinks. Overall we had good fun.

My favourite sports bar in Abu dhabi.Great selection of beers, tvs and seats. The food isnt bad but staff are attentive and great fun.They also now have a great loyalty card which I recommend.I go at least once a week for the sport and always leave like I have had good value. Definitely recommended.

Lovely food, excellent happy hour, lacking atmosphere

Guys be careful if you are planning to go watch your self because I will never recommend this place, we had a really bad experience, they don’t have proper menu as well as drinks taste bad,and they don’t know how to respect their customers.

Nice place to hand out with friends be there before 1 hour of the football match kickoff otherwise you won’t get a place. Reasonable prices food is good as well..

Great pub quiz night with reasonably priced drinks. The service is great. My main gripe would be the smoke. Get the smokers out of there for goodness sake. So few people smoke. Spoilt it for everyone else. Awful. Failing that, get the air out of there.

You come to Blu Sky to watch sport and have a drink, and at those things it is entirely adequate. The beer is cold, pours are measured and fair. But this isnt a place where knowing the bartender is helpful to you, and expect to pay solidly mid market prices even during happy hour - it is by no measure a candidate to be your local.The food is fine. The wings and other appetizers being a high point, but the rest of the menu will let you down. The sausages in the sharing platter were dry, the mash a great disappointment. More astonishingly, the french fries arent really even that great.Service varies from acceptable to negligent. Getting the check always takes longer than it should. The highlight here is the manager, who runs around making sure that everyone has a drink and is settled. I only wish that he could instill that same sense of customer care in his staff, who often seemed overwhelmed by fairly standard volumes of clients. Getting their attention, ordering another drink, seeing if you can get an ashtray - can all take an immense amount of effort.Yet, for some reason, Ill end up back here. Probably to watch a game or a match. Perhaps there is something at Blu Sky, with a crowd cheering at the edge of their seats, that helps me to look past all their other inadequacies.
