The cleanliness of the restaurant if not very well. The couches have stains on them. Some chars also have not been cleaned or over dated !! Floors have been left out after only cleaning the tables after being used !! It made me not want to eat I just left ! The food is frozen and reheated. The service told me they are reheated to perfection.. it’s funny when we all know one frozen it comes out watery can never be cooked to perfection!!

Here is my horrible experience at the Paul Cafe in Abu Dhabi Mall. Well, we came to Paul Cafe today for some breakfast and 1 staff glanced at me at the entrance of the restaurant, unfortunately we are not acknowledge by the staff and havent offer a table. So we decided to sat down and it took another minute to scan and check the menu. About 10 minutes, were ready to place our order, checking around wether any staff is available to take our order, unfortunately again, there are some staff available but doesnt even responding when called!!! Around 15-20 minutes sitting down and waiting, european couple came in. At last, 1 Filipino staff came to get their order where in fact, he suppose to get our order first!!!By the way, the restaurant was not busy. Surprisingly, my experience was horrible as it seems since its my first time to visit Paul in Abudhabi Mall branch.I suppose Management should require a basic training again for ALL their staff on how to treat their customer FAIRLY because to be honest, I feel degraded. We can afford to sit in your restaurant so as to pay our bill same with whoever high end customer you have!!!So since no one entertain us, we walk to the front and leave the cafe. No point of sitting there. Lots of great cafes in town of abudhabi with manners in customer service and professionalism!!!- Hannah Manampan
