Mister BakerWe absolutely love the cakes from Mister Baker. This time instead of getting the big cakes the kids decided to order small individual cakes in different flavors. Chocolate Crunch. Tiramisu. Raspberry Cheesecake. Oreo cake. Lotus cake. Rainbow cake. Also picked up some small pastries. Apple Tart. Almond Tart. Coconut Tart. They also have freshly baked muffins. I ordered the raspberry.Party accessories available to purchase when picking up a birthday cake.Many cakes are already made.Custom cakes need to be ordered in advance.Nice seating area inside.Paid parking space is available.Very friendly and polite staff.Excellent customer service.Wheelchair accessible.

Good quality but high prices. Not a lot of varieties though. Would recommend costume cakes, tastes way fresher and better. BUT, their costumer service arent helpful.

Of all the branches of Mister Baker, Hamdan one is the best- inhouse and delivery. Got 2 cakes from them so far- rafaello cake and macaroon cake. They respond to your calls, accomodate any correction in cake color writing and most important, deliver well within time. Minimum 50 stars is needed for this fabulous staff dedication and cakes. Highly recommend.

I went last night to mister baker branch near to al salama hospital for a lotus cake but unfornately because i came around 9pm they dont have it anymore but mr.adel is very accomodating and he check it also if he can do something. suggest me some options then i choose red velvet cake and its awesome its very moist,sour and sweetness is balanced .

We faced a bad experience with the shop and delivery mistake.. But the response of Mr Mohammad who contacted us regarding the complain personally and followed up to deliver a new cake with balloons as an apology from the shop was a good compensation and it shows that they are passionate to have a good customers satisfaction

STAFF NEED EXTENSIVE TRAINING IN DEALING WITH THE CUSTOMERSERVICE LEVEL -0BASIC ETIQUETTE -0STAFF LACK INFORMATION, EVEN ABOUT THE TIMINGS OF THE OUTLET.BY THE WAY IN CASE YOU NEED TO ORDER CAKES FROM HERE, PLEASE CARRY YOUR OWN KNIFE AND TISSUES, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT HOW YOU WILL CUT YOUR CAKE.

It is a horrible experience we order army cake for my son, we just get shock that is not look like the army at all they charge us for 2 kg 315 AED even not near by army look and then because we complain they said will give you 60 discount for next order, and she said it is the chief mistake we will cut from his salary,!!! Why you told me the story I dont care from where you cut it what you want me to feel sorry for him, I pay money to receive what I want thats it .who will order from you again and they offer for us another cake free, that we will make a second birthday because of the first one and guess what we get a shocked thats make it small one one kg not like my order.
