Very poor quality of cake. We ordered for an custom made cake of two layer. Firts layer was suppose to be pomegranate and second layer was suppose to be honey cake. But what was delivered was just plain dry sponge filled with whipped cream. Heights was when we complained they mentioned that they dont prepare honey cake in their bakery and it was a mistake and they refused for an refund. Cake was hopeless and none of guest tasted the cake which we ordered for our sons birthday. Check the photos

Always found their cakes amazing and fresh. The prices are great and the staff is friendly. They can take orders over the phone and the best part is they are never late.I have visited their Abu dhabi city anf musaffah both branches and found the great taste on both.They dont have offers like other bakeries like buy2 and get discounts or give some thing as a sample for their new products. Overall i will rate them a 5star place.

Cake was very dry from inside and there was no flavour of kitkat inside. Only kit kat were placed on the borders covering the cake.Wont recommend and wont order again. Total waste of 105 dhs.

I ordered cake of 3KG chocolate and quality was low standard. I got complaints from school management. It was not fresh and it was too dry. They try to use such less cream that you feel like eating cotton. Kids just tasted and throw the cake. Had ordered for 40 kids 3 KG still more than 1.5 came back. Even one star should not be given. Don’t get fooled by the looks and price because quality is pathetic. Not recommended from health perspective.

We had a very bad experience with the delivery service of our daughters bday cake. We checked with them 3 hrs before if the cake was ready and they confirmed but when we went to take it on time they said somehow the cake got delivered to their Abudhabi branch.Even though they said they would deliver it soon to our house it came too late and changed the mood of the party .Worse part was that they were not even picking the phn when we kept calling for the update.In the middle of the party we had to go to their shop just for the update.The cake was good but the service and attitude was very poor.

Very poor.We paid upfront for our sons birthday and on the delivery date I whatsapped them in the morning to check the status. They saw it & didnt reply. At around the delivery time, I called them & they were like hearing about it for the first time - I couldnt comprehend at all what the person is saying ! Clearly they missed the order and noted only when I whatsapped. They said that they will make it ready within 30 minutes and when i came the cake was ready and I had a sigh of relief. It was clearly a rushed up work as evident from the finish, but I let it go, so as to not to spoil the mood. But the sinking moment was yet to come as it turned out to be a chocolate cake underneath the cream instead of butter scotch we ordered ! Avoid this place at any cost as they can spoil your special moment quite mercilessly
