I had an appointment with them to check my car ac and clean it. Arrived on time and they said the place was full and have to park my car to the road and wait. Non of the staff was bothered to come talk with me, only security up to gate who doesnt know English.

Good service in terms of professional expertise in the field. No regrets. Booking process is not upto standard. No one picks up phone sometimes and thats a struggle. Recently the business whatsapp account solved this problem to some extent

I used their service for my vehicle. They were very professional and completed the job on time. The executive Mr.Vipin was very supportive and was in constant communication and gave prompt feedback about the progress.

This is my first entry and everything looks very fine and really acceptable with nice customer waiting lounge. They also have here annual contract for 3 years 2 time full Service including part replacement with only 1600AED priced vouchers book. Freetime vouchers booklet which also have number of free and good half-discounted Services if you dont like annual contracts.

Customer care is not responding well. Dufficult to get contact no. of mussafah works. i dont know, why they are not sharing contact details of mussafah works

A multi brand vehicle service and repair initiative from AW Rostamani. After the vehicle is out of warranty and free service, this is where you should head because they have qualified technicians to attend to the vehicles needs.

Its a first time to service my car outside the agency. I was impressed by the professional and service-oriented treatment. From the follow up call from Ms. Mariel from my inquiry weeks ago until my actual visit, to the welcoming greetings and courteous instructions of the security and to Vipin, the service advisor, who attended to my car, explaining details and advised on the necessary repairs. I waited in their customer lounge. Its very clean, has coffee machine, water dispenser and free Wi-Fi. The staff made my visit worthwhile. Ill definitely stick with them and will highly recommend their services. Great team effort.

I brought my Range Rover Sport and Kia Sorento for various repairs. The support provided by Mr. Amor, the General Manager was outstanding and he ensured I received the cars quickly. Their prices are also very competitive. The customer service representative, Mr. Rishin, also kept me updated about the repairs status and various options. The Supervisor Technician, Mr. Fernando, is extremely competent and very knowledgeable in various brands. I highly recommend using Autotrust Multibrand Service Center.

I took priority card and discount coupon from Autotrust. I believe with couple of service it self I could save the amount spend for discount coupon. The discount coupon cost around d 249 AED and you can get one time wheel rotation, wheel balancing, one tire puncture repair, one free car wash etc and many other discount coupons will be available. I really feel its worth for the money. Also the staffs are very accommodating. Even they will you on for customer satisfaction survey after the service. Also, I believe their service costs are very reasonable, may be slightly higher than a very basic garage. Overall I am satisfied with their service.Also please note that the entrance of this service center is on the back side of the location marked in the map.

Been with them for a while now... service is good. Service advisors are also good. However a big issue seems to be lack of communication. Sometimes necessary information flow to customers are not communicated in a timely manner and effectively. Billing seems to be slow in general and subsequently receiving the gate pass. A more customer centric and friendly approach and attitude would be much more desirable and necessary. More so given the present Covid19 situations, impact and circumstances.

I did my car servicing last week, I appreciate guidance given by Mr.Cinil and Mr.Manoj. This was very good experience with Quality servicing of my car Nissan Sentra. I will definitely recommend this service station for Nissan car owners. Thanks. Be Safe.

This my first time to visit and they have excellent service provided by auto trust specially the Vipin he’s professional and know what to do and how to treat the customer very well.

The bumper repair work done at this place Is not upto the standard, they put more putty and it peels off after a month. If you ask them they give you useless and unrelated Answers, as it happened due to dot of scratch in the bumper and the foreman is totally waste and he does not know how to talk with customers, he think that customers will accept whatever answers he gives, this was my second experience, first time was when they were MG service center, they cannot repair the window glass raising machine on the door properly we had to come two times and wait a long, autotrust does not have their quality as they are expected

Ive used their body repair service as it was provided by Noor takaful insurance (I had a claim). Overall good service - painting and polishing at good level. However Ive got some ECU errors after received the car. This was due to battery removal during painting. This was fixed after Ive spotted that and told them. Also it took 1 more day to repair the car compared to what was promised.

Nice facility, too much paper work/employee overhead, which ends up complicating a simple procedure such as oil change.Horrible service and outrageous pricing! Takes 25 minutes before the customer service even talk to you! Oil change become service for 269 while the same can be done for 105 AED elsewhere, same oil type!

Very Bad service, and they are selling autotrust coupon which is totally waste of money. They mention car wash free for 4 times but is only two times. I went there for car wash is better if u give 10 DH outside. we need to drop our car n they will call once its ready. For that again u need to spend for taxi. My suggestion is that dont buy any offer booklet from autotrust. I m very disappointed with service.

They might be good for japanese or asian cars. For luxury german cars they dont seems to have expertise. When i took my car for one wheel brake issue they took 1 day and said no issue but when i went to german car experts they said ABS is failing for one wheels and they fixed also. Not only this when returned car to me it was dirty with oil and dirt smudges.
