One of the companies service ever . ive have placed an ordered since 4 month now and I have not received the spare part yet. They never care or bothered to call with no compensate.They lie about what they claim to provide. Never deal with them

They had took labour charge fees for a repair item for fixing the item issue upon there confirmation that this is the major issue which the car is facing which it let me agreed on the same due to the trust word given by the repair inspection given from al maraghi auto repair with a guarantee of three months after the same the car still not working and facing same issue and the service was really bad and they refused to give me my money back .

Disappointed with the services.I’m not sure if I got fooled or I’m just now aware. It’s really a high end garage… but still, their work is just like another garage.. not really professional and they don’t know lots of info and how to fix the issue. So here the story… I have a Mercedes benz car C300 Coupe. I did my minor service (this was my third/forth time dealt with this workshop), so they said I need to change my rear break shoe ( سفايف السياره ) anyway I was doing quarantine so I got my car back home by recovery.. two weeks after that when I used the car, the rear tyre pressure displayed that the pressure super low, I went to any gas station to fill the pressure.. the second day it happened again.. so I contacted maraghii cuz they are “EXPERT”, and I just got my car from them.. I went to the workshop, explained the situation, they said we don’t know about it take it to the tyre shop, I told them please check it first maybe cuz you changed something in the rear break pad , they said we don’t know, you should take it to the tyre shop. Obviously the tyre shop said I need to change my tyre (although I changed it not so long ago) and I changed it.. the second day after I changed the tyre, similar thing happened to me and when I went to the tyre shop they said it relates to they tyre ring… long story short, I did loots of thing to solve my issues.. that I was expecting from MARAGHII, as they were CHECKING MY CAR. They should find it if there is any issue.. and another thing, there is sound from inside my car.. it wasn’t there .. and as an EXPERT. They should find it out ! But they know NOTHING. So to conclude, if you already can afford paying them.. just add couple more bucks and bring it the official Mercedes Benz workshop. Cuz no one knows your car more than them..

I took my car (Gl 500) to al Maraghi last month(june) it was showing suddenly a sign of malfunction then i given the car to them and ask them do the necessary, i received a message from al Maraghi that Mr.Nazeer Ahmed will Assist you,I must say he was very good and trustful,he explained everything very nicely that half of my tension gone that time only,he was very professional,He only talk about what necessary things to be done,no additional unnecessary things.I am really happy to give my car for all the maintenance work with Al maraghi.Special thanks to Nazeer,Junaid& Fazil for always doing the best for my car.Tinto Thomas

My wife’s car(GLK 300) had often suffered from severe vibrations during running.After all, rear brakes jammed & burned, caused leakage of brake fluid.The cause of the problem was ABS Module (ABR: Adaptive BRake system) failure.Stuck of the rear brakes might also be a cause.I could fix the problem at a reasonable price at Maraghi Auto Repairs.- exchaged ABS(HPU) Module, Rear calipers/pads/discs and got the SCN(S/W Calibration Number) coding.However I still have lingering affection that if we had known earlier, I could have fixed it sooner.

I used this shop last year and was good in terms of service. in my second experience in November 2020, they were actually more expensive than EMC (The official Mercedes dealership) with less quality. You should get an estimate from EMC before visiting this shop and compare before you commit to them. There seems to be Bait and switch where they bait you on the first service then escalate prices later. I have experienced this first hand.

I recommend Al Maraghi service, as best professional Mercedes Benz service in Abu Dhabi (Mussafah). Being proud owner of customize SL500, I know that my car is in the best hands there.

Very good service

Changed gearbox oil in that garage, and after 30000 km my transmission went on complete rebuilt. Once it was opened, it was identified that oil was never changed there and that was the main reason for transmission fail.As well they are not giving all options for repair and tending to propose unnecessary parts change.Will never use this garage anymore.

They are very unprofessional! I took my car and fixed it for 12K and when it got home i discovered that there were two parts not fixed and when i took it back after a week they found out there was a fuel leakage and I had to pay extra 3K to fix that. After all of this, it broke down in less than a month, something was wrong with the battery and it needed a jumpstart. They were not very helpful in sending me a recovery truck. They received the car at 4PM and no one contacted me about the report the whole day, and i am still waiting for it. Worst service ever, Im not taking my car there ever again.

Absolutely professional place. I was struggling with finding what is the problem with my car in 3 workshops. They, as the only one, found it and fix it considering that problem is average of 3 parts not working properly. The work time and a price of service were very good. They have excellent customer service with very prompt response. Car after fixing is always very neat and clean. Definitely recomend this place for Mercedes owners.

Have been getting my C350 serviced and maintained by them for over 5 years now. Brilliant team especially Nazeer Ahmad. Always offers best price in the market with quick delivery. The only problem I have in their team is with Car Washing, they wash the cars very quickly and ends up missing major spots maybe due to the cars waiting line but a solution needs to be found for this.

I visited the place for the first time to do a A6 minor service for my SLK 200.I received a warm welcome by Mr Kassim and later was attended by Mr Abid. All my concerns were listened to and attended to the minute detail. There is no concept of overcharging or looting the customer. The services were very professional and good discounts were applied compared to other premium garages. I recommend this place to all Mercedes owners

I am getting my Car service done since 2 years , its reasonable and good service provided, charges are very transparent and customer will be informed upfront about the replacement parts or cost, but only 1 sad thing is when it comes to car wash, hope they dont have dedicated team to do the car wash after service, it will be great if they can handover the car after cleaning and proper wash which really makes customer happy and good impression.

I have to admit that they seem to have a good engineering staff over there, and they seem to know what they are doing, I loved everything at the beginning, until I had to experience an after sale incident.My car had a small dent at the door caused by the shop, which I have noticed an hour after I left the shop and I called immediately to report it, they agreed as per the service report that dent was not there, they made me drive all the way to their shop to simply tell me you have already received your car and we cant help you!!I would expect from such a shop to treat a client who just paid 8,000 fixing his car differently, I expect at least a kind of nice attitude towards the incident, I am sure the dent wouldnt cost more than 200 but still they have chosen to lose a customer for it, that raises a big question mark in my opinion.

Very expensive, did more damage than fixing it, they start working on my car after 10 days of having it parked! Paid more than 15K but was treated as a second class customer, they claim that they are too busy to keep me updated!!promised that they will get back to me which obviously they didn’t.Asked me to pay thousands to fix a vibration in the car which i fixed it with 100 aed in another garage.Found a leak a week after receiving it.I do not recommend this place to anyone as theres far more better places out there..

I think the front desk employees get a percentage of the car maintenance total charge! They try their best to make you pay more. Most of the times they decide what parts need to be changed without even checking the car! You should be careful with them and make sure to check with other garage to validate their diagnosis.

I visited 2 times for regular servicing and some minor issues of my car, and they did the major things (i.e replacement of part) but both times my car came back with same minor issues (Hard Staring and Loose Parking Brake) which i mentioned to service adviser while handing them over, and he even didnt tell me anything about these issue while returning. just said that he topped up the oils and now will be ok.

I think the reception employees need to understand something, the only thing what i felt bore there. Its not at all a big part as per the company service. Experts In Mercedez Benz..Service is bit slow.. But they are using genuine parts.. So normally I prefer to give my merc for service in their facility...

Found Al Maraghi after a disappointing experience with the main dealer. I am happy with Al Maraghis service as they did a great job on my wifes car (happy wife happy life). I was also impressed with the customer service. My contact Junaid was great, communicating all the way with phone calls and WhatsApp messages as the work progressed. I didnt need to chase for updates, he even followed up 2 days after we picked up the car to confirm all was well.Highly recommended.

They gave me a price for the work and when receiving the car the I found out they didnt do everything claiming that I canceled it and after arguing and checking the bill it turned out to be they miss calculated the work and ending up removing a job to save cost and still refused to complete the job but gave me a discount of 50 aed and when receiving the car the covers was not screwed and ended up damaging it while driving when returning the car the just screwed it back dont be fooled by how fancy this place looks and hospitality at first its a trap stay away

Unfortunately my experience was not good with them, repeated the holidays in the car more than once exhausted the time and money I expected more than that may be in the future workshops Mercedes more
