Great Off Road shop in Mussafah ABU Dhabi primarily focusing on Jeep parts and accessories. They were the only Offroad shop that was able to find a roof rack and awning system for my 2019 Chevy Traverse.They allowed me to participate with the assembly and installation and it was a professional job.Ask for Raja he was a great salesman at the store.

Great service, I’ve installed rigid radiance lights on my 2020 Ford raptor. I would like to thank mr raja for always being there to help me if I had inquiries and getting me the items I wanted. I just wish if Ramy since they are the main supplier of rigid lights could bring the original rigid brackets and harnesses for the Ford raptor. Furthermore I wish the shop could display more items it felt empty when I went in the shop and it needs a little re decoration in terms of overall look of the shop.

I know the place very well. Friendly staff, well experienced and excellent reputated brand. One of the oldest in the region. They have a workdho in Dubai as well... You can order online as well, they ship worldwide.

Overpriced and the staff are liars. I went to get a tow bar for my FJ and they sold me the the full set for over double the market price. I then went to install the tow bar I bought on my car at another garage and was told that some pieces were missing. When I went back to RAMY 4x4 in Mussafah the guy working there insisted that there was no missing piece for a while until I managed to prove to him I was right. He then went and told me that their price is higher because their products are made in the US and not in China like other knock offs in the market. When I went back to the other garage to install it, I realized it had MADE IN CHINA written on it. I promised my self to never go back to this place and I advise many to go to any other garage. Ive heard so many complaints from so many people.

Good place to do any upgrade on your 4x4 car, with a good knowledge about the parts you need for each level. high recommended place if you want to update your 4x4 car. ask for Saif he was very useful and patient with my many questions I had

Possibly one of the main reasons I would rather drive to Dubai for anything. Really bad Service.I dont know how long customer call should last, but I was in the shop for about 15 minutes and no one bothered to ask me how they can help as the only person in the shop was too busy on the phone. When I asked if he was done he told me customer. But no one has ever spoken to me as a customer like that.And this wasnt the first time.They have their customers but I wont be one of them.

Not recommended....! It seems they are not able to install a simple skid plate properly. Have to go to my (trusted) workshop to fix the issues. My first and last visit there!

Enquired for parts and they promised they would get back to me after checking availability but nobody turned up instead I called them for 2 times still no response.Dont give fake hopes if not available I would have gone for others.

Small shop with a nice assortment of 4x4 equipment, as one would expect, mainly car parts (springs, shock absorbers, bumpers, but also compressors, winches, flags, etc.).The owner seems competent, although when I visited was maybe a bit tired and not too keen on speaking English. A nice shop and a good reference in Musaffah.

When I first got my Jeep I had everything done with them (lift, lights, winch, front/rear bumpers etc). Over the next year I slowly started finding things wrong with various parts that they had installed and it wasn’t until I started to change they look and remove pieces that I discovered the horrors. Their own engineer in the Dubai branch (which I had to deal with for the issues) commented “whoever installed this was very bad” and was then speechless when I told him it was Ramy!They attempted to fix some of the issues (after admitting they were in the wrong) but I’m still having various issues and have started using another garage.If you are thinking about using them, buy the parts but do not let them install. (They broke my petrol cover 3 times trying to install it and then tried telling me it’s dilution be loose).

American Off-road brand is a brand created by RAMY for marketing. It is manufactured in China. American Off-road (AOR) is low quality Chinese product, dont be fooled.

Very limited variety and very expensive prices. Customer service is very bad the guy was sitting behind a laptop and didnt seem interested to do anything else. I wouldnt waste any time going there, plenty of other places that stock better products at better prices.

Very expensive place you can get cheaper than 30% in argoob and other places in Dubai ....90% of the parts i asked is not available what you see online in the store .I did a research on the Titan shocks what the sale guy is claming its branded is a fake brand from china and they have labelled in Titan shocks and selling in more than 50% more than the price they get ....the AOR brand also i did a research its a fake and its Chinese product labelled only for Ramy as AOR ....its a Chinese item and when you call the branch they have tall claims and say its american off road ....ITS NOT ....the management wants to make money by selling fake items procured in there name like AOR ,TITAN and sell it in UAE for double the price and make money ....please guys do a research on these products and then only buy as i did .

Got offroad accessories price reasonable

Some of the parts are almost double the price of other shops in Dubai. was very disappointed, for example poison spyder hood on the website its 1200AED NOT INCLUDING VAT, found same parton another website in Dubai , 600AED INCLUDING VAT AND FREE DELIVERY.
