I will give five stars because of many reasons! They are professionals, deal with original spare parts only! Use Original factory oils and filters, their time frame is reasonable, the best part that whenever and regardless of how many times i call they always answer and update me, in a single day i called for like 5 times and every time i was throughly answered and updated about the car status! Moreover i asked for a discount and they happily granted me a fair discount, they washed the car outside and inside which was a very nice touch to top the experience!! Highly recommended!!

Very professional, on time, and job well done. A little pricey but thats German cars.

I have entrusted them for my Audi A4 convertible. Though it took sometime (almost a month) for Mr Hadi to fix its problems, but he did a good job. The delay was mainly due to Ramadan hours and difficult to get parts j beleive. He seem to be very strong in German cars and I’m happy with his service. I am not hesitant to give my BMW X5 for its next service to Mr Hadi.

This workshop does not have any credibility in dealing with the customer, and that has been repaired at the German Express Service Center for maintenance. They have credibility and speed in reporting and the problems that exist in the car and the reversal of this workshop. I hope to go to the German Experts Service Center for maintenance and replacement of this workshop because The important thing is that they have the money, not the customer, and this is an evaluation from his experience with several service officials who have Moroccan and Indian nationalities.
