Worst experience ever to deal with sales from Nissan Musaffah pre-owned branch.

You feel that the receptionists dont want to work.

Nice facility, Customers being treated well by staff however if you leave your car they dont have dropping of facilities overthere so have to come back at our own.Difficult to find taxi from there or public transport

Proper customer service is not in place, very disappointed by the service.

Arrived to handover car at 0920 for 50000 service from Gayathi, Russia. 230km.Todays appointment was 0930.Reception kept me waiting till 0945 and after followup directed to service representative.My car was taken after 1100Made work order 1100 hoursbut mentioned on paper 1005 hours.Waiting for feedback.Personally called to know developments to service.Will report tomorrow morning.

The worst service, my car was 1 month just to fix a bumper and being a new car I was expecting a new bumper replacement but no they just patch it up and paint it and did a mediocre job.
