Poor treatment especially by the cashier lady who should not be interacting with any customers. She is in the wrong line of business. Very unprofessional.And, you get ripped off. You pay at least 50% more than what you are supposed to.The technician person was very kind but that does not change my overall impression about this place. I am done with them. I am saying this as a customer who has been with them for 7 consecutive yrs.Stay away so you can save your time, energy, and money.

So unhappy with the service for my A4. Simply they want to rip your money with no reason. The service officer gave me high quotation although i dont have major issue. I said this is non-since he said come take your car!! Dubai service center by far much better. At least they show respect.

The mechanics are bad. 😟They told me to change. The rear light they need to remove the rear pumper and it will tack 12 hours !!!Just to increase the labour work.?!They think costumers are stupidI google it and all it takes three SCREWS!!😡

Very bad customer service from Mr elswred abudhabi ali and sons service center. I had a issue with Air condition slider is borek. But the service agent is referring buy it from outside. Seems like he making money from outside or vw is not paying well.

I had an acute problem that needed to be fixed urgently. Team there and Mr. Mahmood gave the best ever possible experince, with constant updates and continous support. Highly, highly recommend. You will not regret it.

Extra high prices, not worth to spend such amount for such absolutely normal service, I moved to other workshop in 3 times cheaper with exactly same quality work, plus I can now see my car during maintenance process & understand from the engineer what & why happened everything.

Worst service and lost my interest on VW after they told me that my car service for costs around 35,000AED for AC and gearbox etc... it’s like i rather buy a new car.

The worst customer service! After being their customer for 10 years, all services done with them and 2 cars bought from Ali & sons, I contacted them as I got a gear box issue and asked for support, their “manager” didn’t even try to help and ended the call without even discussing the possibility of support. They will take your money and once you need them, they will not offer any support what so ever to long time customers. Al Nabooda are much much better at customer service and they actually go out of their way to help.

Great brand with the worst service centre ever.- Dont expect to get you car back when promised.- You will need to call them to find out why your call still there and you will get surprised that its been ready. The staff are just too good to call a customer for an update.- Dont expect them to solve the problems your reported and be ready to take it back again in a day or two for the same repair again.- If you have a service package you are not a priority for them ( which you have paid a significant amount for in advance)- If you dont have a service package you will get ripped off.

The Audi car in general is very good. Classic drive! But the people working in this service center..Unprofessional! They are incompetent and ridiculously expensive. And in this branch the manager who just ignorantly brags about how good and professional they are but in truth is good for nothing! Receptionist Jenny hardly follows up on any matter either. Poor service at this branch.I humbly request all German car users to avoid going to this particular service center.

Less friendly counter service. If you are car owner and looking for spare, better go with part no. otherwise they might take time or dont cooperate.

My experience today was not a very positive one. Service advisor (Mr. Obaida) showing the way out for a long time customer after 3 mins conversation does not exactly resonate of welcoming service. Very disappointing.

Shameful service to reputable brand.I hate my Audi because of poor service quality despite that fact that is covered with service contract they cut corners always. My car been to the service centre couple of time because of the same brake issues. They have exhausted my brake dice replacement and the issue is still there. It’s unfortunate that I had to repair on another service centre.2016 Q7

Called them 5 times to get a service from them, and 3 out of 5 times they responded with someone will call you back but they never did. Anyway, i got the service from somewhere else.

One of the worse if not THE WORSE customer service available in the Middle East. They will literally screw you over in every possible way. I bought a half a million dirham Porsche that now sounds like Im riding a 1996 Corolla after one of their services.NOT RECOMMENDED. MOVE ON TO THE NEXT DEALER IN DUBAI.

Stupidest thing I ever did was to send my car there.They kept the car for two weeks saying inspection and charged 1500 drm just to replace a 150drm sensor.I just found out it wasnt even replaced with a new one. These thives has just placed another crappy old sensor which stopped working just after one month of replacing.So shameful service and this is how they keep there trust as local agents.My advice is Do Not take your car there if you love it.

Very slow service, few rude personnel, when you come here be ready to spend at least 20 minutes waiting for a service advisor to be available when you drop or pick up your car. Manager is not helpful at all. The worst thing about owning a VW is this place.

Poooor! Should be called lack of service. I have only ever driven VWs (over15 years!) and can say never in my years of having an appointment have I had to wait the entire day for the service to be done to get an unwashed car. When an appointment is made thattime slit is yours and the car should be given back within 2 hours. It was only with insistence that I wasable to get my car back at 6:30 afyer leaving it at 7:30 a.m. Unfortunately I have to go back for key replacement. Not looking forward to the foolishness.

Soooo disappointed.8 hours to change a dead battery that can be changed at a crappy workshop in 10 minutes.also they dont keep a stock of tires. they have to order them from a local dealer 48 hours in advance. i had to go to another car dealership to get my tires fixed....
