My tv broke as the LED stopped working. I googled and called a few people. Mostly technicians didn’t have a clue or said for me to send them messages and they will get back to them. Than miracle happened. I found this contact on google. Mr Avais picked up his phone in 3 rings and advised me on what to do. Ran a simple trouble shoot which confirmed that my poor was busted. He knew exactly what to do and asked to come and pick up the tv. He picked up the Tv at 3:45pm today and delivered it back at 9:30pm. Working as I had seen it before. 10/10 service and gave me a 12 Months warranty. Thank you very much for an amazing prompt and professional service.

Avais is a very professional, polite, honest and trustworthy electronics repair company. After searching Abu Dhabi for TV repairs after my OLED TV was damaged from a move, 5 companies all on Google list agreed to fix but never came after many promises as well as trying to charge me 2 or 3 times the price. Professional, straightforward, and truthful, the chief technician of this great workshop replied to my whatsapp messages promptly inquiring about the symptoms of my LED TV. Within two minutes he replied telling me his diagnosis and charges . He offered a one year warranty and came to my house to collect the tv. He gave me a stamped receipt and a copy of his Emirates ID. Mr Avais is great at his job. I used his service during the current lockdown when he came home with the right spares to fix my 4 year old UHD TV. All I sent him for diagnosis was a short video switching on the TV. He knew right away what was wrong.
