New Friday eating feast called theCarnival Brunch started today... at Horizon Restaurant inside the Khalidiya Palace Rotana. 136 AED for adults, unlimited food and soft beverages. They will serve from 1 pm to 5 pm. Fantastic spread of food items, many cooked to order. The grilled lamb was delicious! There is BBQ Wings fish and chips, grilled to order burgers plus so much more. All the staff are doing a stand-out job of cooking and service. This is a definite must try brunch if you can forgo alcohol. I bet it will only get better as the Fridays go on...

I used to stay in the hotel but this is the first time I experienced the breakfast. Everything tasted good and thr ambiance makes you enjoy the food. Just sad they only have little options to choose from. I hope they will offer more options soon.

Italian/Tuscan night buffet every Tuesday from 6.30. From all the buffets and brunches Horizon’s offers this is my favorite. Excellent for meat eaters, good for vegetarians and excellent when it comes to the tiramisu* side of the story. Best tiramisu in town is made by the head chef here at Horizon. Family friendly. Staff is welcoming and accommodating. I think it needs more variety when it comes to hot dishes and on vegetarian side. Good value for money as well.

Very small meal portions. We purchased a set menu and the sizes were disappointing. We are Hubby and I then ordered from talabat. Taste was OK too.

Tasty, fresh dishes, friendly staff. Speciality evenings are exceptionally good.

Maybe it was just a bad day for the restaurant, but the dinner buffet on Monday was really poor.And very expensive for what they offered.It didn’t worth at all.

Good international food

We tried breakfast as we stayed at the hotel. We did not like all the prepared food with eggs. They were tasteless.Also the pancakes and waffles were not good.The only thing we enjoyed was the fruits and the fried egg we requested.I would rather have breakfast outside.We tried the breakfast with the stay at the hotel.We didnt like eating at the buffet...especially the stuff that contained eggs, but it wasnt tasteless. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Also, the pancakes and waffles were of poor quality.The only thing we liked was the fruits and eye eggs, which we ordered and prepared in no time.It would be better if we went out to break our fast.

The eating of the restaurant is very sweet, varied and delicious .. It has one drawback, but its sessions are not only sweet. At 199 dirhams (but I took it from a coupon for 109 dirhams)

This restaurant is located inside the Hotel Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana, Abu Dhabi, we stayed for seven days with breakfast included where it was served at the Horizon.We had a great time, the service was excellent, the breakfast buffet very varied and with excellent European food even if we personally enjoy peace and enjoy the local food.

We stayed 8 days in Abu Dhabi at the Khalidiya Palace Hotel.We had booked all inclusive and enjoyed different dishes, no matter whether breakfast lunch or dinner!There was always something new to choose from.Drinks such as coffee or tea were only available for all inclusive guests.We were here during the Ramadan period which was not a problem at all, only you have to take care of your clothes, no muscle shirts for example. T shirt is allowed! Short shorts also allowed!Otherwise I would recommend the restaurant to everyone!
