This store is closed for almost one year but on google it’s still here the ghost of it. Petrol and time wasted

Im trying to reach them to buy filters but response is ZERO. I dont think they are interested to sell their stuffs.

Great products but require better advertising... i bought trim® 4 part toaster and an ice maker both are amazing products and heavy duty. I also bought water filters and they were great.

Worst Customer service ever! 10-Days wait just to install my cooker, plus the technician did not even know how change the fridge door to the opposite side even though Ive asked the retail store to shift the door and the salesman said it was easy to shift the door from side to side!

Better Life sells great products at a good price. The sales staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.Unfortunately their post sales effort is dismal. I purchased a Smeg oven/cooker in June of last year. The installation was a disaster averted when they first attempted to disconnect the propane without shutting off the bottle and then proceeded to create a spark and short out the electrics of my old stove while removing it prior to installation. I asked them to leave my villa while it was still standing and finished the install myself. At the point of sale, we were promised installation by technicians. The people who delivered the stove were only barely capable of the delivery.On the 16th of December I had a problem with one of the 5 burners. It was not staying lit due to insufficient gas flow to the one burner. I called Better Life for service. The next day I received a text message confirming my service request and a phone call saying that a technician would call and visit that day or the next. It is now the 2nd of January, no technician. A phone call to Better Life resulted in a promise of seeing a technician today, well see...UPDATE: The tech showed up as promised and fixed the problem right away, well, 18 days after I called for service.Better Life needs to think about a name change or better still a commitment to living up to their name.
