A residential and offices tower in Downtown Abu Dhabi a few steps away from Abu Dhabi Corniche.The tower has a unique wavy shape, with office space from the 7th to 18th floor and residential from the 19th up to 45.The roof top has a gym, swimming pool, kids pool , jacuzzi and a beauty lounge for ladies.The tower has a beautiful view of the Arabian Gulf , the city and the views can reach Al Reem Island, Yas Island, and even Mussaffah!It is the only tower in Abu Dhabi that has apartments with huge balconies. The tower also houses starbucks, Costa and Morsels cafes.It is considered one of Abu Dhabi landmarks and a luxurious tower.

Large balconies depending on which side you face. Great views of either the city or the corniche. Concierge service is amazing! They can assist with carrying groceries from your car and they have a trolley too.Staff is professional and very helpful.Only downside is a slight droning noise because of the neighbouring buildings AC units. You get used to it though.Other than that. Its great! Walking distance to pub, Spar supermarket and lots of reatruants!

Large, modern apartments with good views and great house parties. Pool on the roof looks out over all of Abu Dhabi and the gym is well-equipped.

Its a specially designed building with beautiful views of Corniche. But you will hardly find a parking around the building.

I have been there for a meeting , very nice building but difficult to find parking
