We got an invitation from @xtremezoneme last week and my kids were more excited than me 😃We visited galleria mall branch yesterday and I must say that we had more fun there than expected. They had super engaging activities and games for all ages.From interconnected trampolines, interactive soft play areas,active climb,billiards, bowling,games area, tag arena and so much more to indulge in.Kids were unstoppable and kept on jumping from one activity to other but I was satisfied as they had all the measures to ensure the safety of your little ones.I enjoyed a lot seeing them doing so much fun stuff.It’s really a family oriented ,one place leisure entertainment place that has indoor and outdoor playing zones and the best sort of healthy mental and physical activities that will surely become your little ones favourite place to go.I would absolutely recommend it to everyone who are looking for some fun place to enjoy their weekends !!Have fun 👍

The place is clean and big. Still replacing of old soft sponges blocks will be better. Only concern their prices are high and dont have any offers. Have only 1 counter staff , so there will be some waiting time.

Mixed bag.We took our kids and the youngest a 1 year old was told she couldnt go into the main area but she could into the smaller so called soft area on the right, but in going there, I quickly found she couldnt do anything.I complained to staff and the initial response was its ok, for toddlers and eventually they offered credit for the arcade game machines, however I noticed staff were not cleaning these down between users, so this had to be raised.My older kids played in the bigger area, and even though staff were present they were either distracted talking to each other or on mobiles, disinterested and generally not paying attention. We had to personally go into to deal with much older kids who were bullying other younger kids including our own, absolutely appalling.The staff on the whole were pretty disappointing and disinterested.

Awesome place for the kids to let their energy out! The fun and bouncy Trampoline Park, The Climbing Walls, Arcade Games, Tag Arena, the Bowling and Billiards Area- this place is so much fun for the younger and elder kids! Well sanitized, minimum entry keeping care of all the Covid protocols, with very helpful and dedicated staff, we had a much fun time after so long! They also have a party hall. Games, family and fun! .... @xtremezoneme at @thegalleriauae This massive entertainment hall of activities for young and old was on a rock and roll for us today.....The moment we entered here we knew this was gonna be a thrilling place.... from Bowling, Trampoline Park( huge ), climb zone, billiards, kiddy activites, VR experience area and MORE ..... this was beyond our expectations....We almost spent about 5 to 6 hours in here and wished wehad a whole day long of energy to keep us going ....but we will surely be here for more...- Reasonable prices,- Safety protocols in place- Staff very knowledgeable and enthusiastic- A PLACE full of FUN, ADVENTURE AND THRILL.....Look for the nearest location in your area...and plan your visit to the home for some adrenaline rush, in UAE

Good and hygiene kids area for different ages! The red light is not comforting though!! Bowling lanes are in good shape but more balls are needed!!

Worst customer service. The one who is standing at the counter for the bowling shouted and he is not friendly! I hope to read this comment as I wanted to raise w a complaint!
