Abu Dhabi mall teams are the best , sweetest and most cooperative staff.The worse staff are in Dalma Mall fun city; rude and have attitudes.We gave it many tries but they are still as bad as it gets .Zero thanks for Dalma Mall fun city staff.

This branch has a special section for small kids, less than 108 cms tall, which called fun and learn. Fun and learn section is great for kids from 9 months to 2 years old with a lot of activities. If you can, try to avoid weekends as it is usually crowded there.

In dalma mall the staff in close area very rude they dont know how to deal with customers they are ready to fight with them and even when we call the manager she dont know how to deal with the problem. I have visit the place in Eid and the.cLose area was very crowded. After we pay for the close area and reached their they informed me that the place is in full capacity of 30%. I paid and my kids couldn’t play and we leave the place. Their team is not working together as the reception team should inform me from the beginning before i pay for the close area. Second time we arrive they said it is full and it seems not full same like when we came last time in Eid and when my husband was angry because he dont see the place is full with 30% 54 person they were talking back to us instead of explain for him the situation. One lady talking with anger i see her how is talking with other girl and the other lady she dont even look to us when she talk. Very bad customer service.

Too much rush in dalma mall fun city on Monday as mostly rides are of 1 Dirham.

Best plase for kids

Its really suitable for kids less than 9 years. Price is compare with other little bit high. But neatness and facilities are good. Energy Monday 1 DHS for rides very affordable for everybody. But crowd comes this staff cant control during promotions. You can redeemable shukran points also. Good entertainer area for kids. Some rides for adults also.

Best for children to play rather than having toys in house. AED 149 for 3 months pass.

On Mondays the fees for some rides are reduced to AED 1 however there is a huge rush, the staff do not manage the queues very well, parents and maids often seen queue jumping or stood reserving their childrens place (up to 3 or more places). Many rides out of action or do not fall within the AED1 fee. Avoid unless you have the patience to watch people jump in front of you in the queues. When the ride is started, the ride assistant stands idle day dreaming rather than monitoring the queues. On all other days the cost of the rides is rather expensive.
