Very tasty food.But I have few comments below.No Sanitizer available on tables.They dont provide wipes.We asked for plates twice but we didnt get.Prices a bit expensive comparing to food qty and other restaurants.

Day of the week - Thursday, Yas Mall branch.As usual it was a lovely experience visitng #cheesecakefactory. We order oreo cheese cake and godiva cheese cake for dessert. For dinner we ordered americana burger, alfredo pasta and many more. Everything turned out to be delicious. Its a must visit place. Staff was attentive and accommodating.

Best cheesecake.Had a shepherds pie and drinks in the rock. Loved every bite, every sip n sniff. The ambience is great. Well priced and good portion sizes. The menu is huge with a lot of variety. Favourites are baked potato soup (only on Wednesday), salads and the lunch pasta portions are great. Servers are friendly and the complimentary breads are always fresh. Sometimes dishes can be inconsistent but overall a solid choice for lunch or dinner.

Very friendly staff and spacious accessible location in Yas mall. Delicious cheesecake with a wide variety of food, everything from hamburgers, pizza, salad to seafood. This is my favorite if I am in the mall and especially yas mall. Love the food and big portions with variety of dishes.

American restaurant with international dishes. Different Pastas, chicken, ribs, steaks ,pizzas ,burgers and sandwiches are available. Salads and drinks. Many many options for sweets and cakes. Although the restaurant is very big theres sometimes a waiting list specifically in the weekends. Staff is friendly and attentive. The lights are dim. I personally prefer lights to be brighter. They offer freshly baked bread with salted butter as a starter. It is very delicious. I liked the brown bread more. The food is yummy but the prices are higher than other restaurants that offer the same kind of food.

We have visited here many many times and every time the service is fast and the servers are friendly. The menu is extensive and the food is tasty. I highly recommend.

Very quick and attentive service. But AC was blasting at an uncomfortably cold level, Yas Mall AC almost felt warm by comparison. Food (starters, entrees and similar) primes for quantity but is not in itself remarkable, it is ok though. You will probably be too full for their best product, but get it for take away anyway. The cheesecake is very good!

One of my favorite restaurants in Abu Dhabi. They have great salads and of course the cheesecakes are all delicious.You cant go wrong in this restaurant. The food are fresh and high quality.The staff are really nice and attentive. The place is spacious too. The serving of food is very generous and good for sharing.

Massive portions and unlimited soft drinks is not good for my diet. Loads of choice on menu. Worth it.

The portions are huge, the ambiance is great, the food and the service is amazing... just a quality restaurant. I’ve ate here a couple of times in the states, 🇺🇸 the last time was in Las Vegas few months ago and I honestly didn’t think the Dubai cheese cake factory could live up to the expectations. But it certainly did. Everything was perfect, and even though it was getting busy we did not feel rushed out at all. Felt like we could sit there all day. Eugene who deserves a mention was extremely patient because the menu was so big at times we were a little indecisive 😇 but he was able to help us as much as he could, and give out recommendations, our drinks were constantly been refilled without even having to ask. The Cheesecake Factory seem so organized and customer focused and I think that is an amazing quality in a restaurant. 10/10 I will be definitely stopping back in Dubai shortly and this is the first place I’m coming back too! 💯

Excellent quality of food. The place is busy every single day and on weekends you can have a line of 30 minutes to wait for big tables. The design is amazing and the portions are extremely big. Make sure you are hungry and dont waste time with bread. The service is swift and knowledgeable. You definitely pay for what you get. Always a treat to eat in it.

My son and I visited there twice in our 2.5-day trip to the Yas Island - one time for lunch and one time for dinner. The restaurant is located at the Yas Mall.The service is excellent - the staff introduced every cheesecakes for us even we just walked by. Well, the restaurant is not crowded but the food is great. Apart from cheesecakes, the drink, burger, and steak we tried are all great. Thats why we ate there two times in such a short trip. The food size is big. No kidding, I cant even finish just one slice of cheesecake for my dinner! The cake is shown in my photo.For sure, I will visit again to try other dishes.

Truly like a factory. They want you to order as fast as you can, swallow all your food , the faster the better. You still have a half of your meal on the plate and a waiter asks you impatiently if he can bring you the bill already.... The food is fine but the prices not great.Sorry, I wouldnt go there again.

Cheesecake Factory has delicious restaurants around the world. For those not familiar, they have a grand mix of dishes. Theyre almost legendary for how many items they have on their menu, something like 250 things to try. Pasta, burgers, salads, tacos, rice dishes, and of course desserts including their signature cheesecakes with dozens of flavors.The atmosphere is always lively at Yas Mall with people enjoying meals with friends and families. Theres almost always a good amount of people there, but despite that, Ive somehow also gotten a table quickly nearly every time. I think its safe to say The Cheesecake Factory is a popular destination at Yas Island. (and around the UAE too).They do have a calorie conscious part of the menu, but their core offerings are known for being big, rich, and delicious. They even have lunch portions. They of course offer nutritional information, but if youre treating yourself you might not want to add it all up. Supposing you could finish an entire appetizer, entrée, drink and a Cheesecake slice, it could add up to 2,000, 3,000, possibly even 4,000 kcal if you really went for it! Of course you can always pace yourself and the friendly staff are happy to box things up for takeaway too.And as if it wasnt tempting enough to have the in person Yas Island location, Ive even seen their tasty offerings available for delivery on apps like Talabat. Knowing I could get a delicious Cheesecake Factory meal brought straight to my door has tested my will power and once in a while I even treat myself!All told Im glad we have another location at Yas and I look forward to stopping by with my friends again soon.

Closed orders one hour before closing time - which was not mentioned anywhere online! We had driven far and arrived at the counter 15 minutes before closing time and they did not even allow us to order a cheese cake to take away! However, the restaurant and seated customers were still being served while we had to watch (!). Also all cheese cakes were clearly on display from the counter - so ironically we also had to look at them while being turned away...

Cheese cake factory is always a good option to go to, if you want a fast delicious food.The kale salad, is always my first option.The guacamole made to order is my favorite thing ever.

Had a salad off of the Skinny Menu and it was delicious. Hubby had a pasta lunch portion and it was plenty. Only thing I wish they would have on site is the nutrional value of their dishes. Had to look them up online.

Have tried them many times. Only for the cheesecake though. I love the cheesecakes, the staff is extremely friendly. Try the original, Oreo, fresh strawberry. If you want a little less cheese go for Godiva cake

As usual the food was great, variety of choices, wide range of dishes as to try something new every time, the staff was really friendly and helpful.The start was with the Factory Nachos, huge dish fairly enough for 4.The Cajun Jambalaya Pasta was impressive, the mix between the chicken and shrimp along with the tomatoes, onions and peppers was fabulous specially it was dressed with a spicy cajun sauce.The menu is bit overpriced, however the portion of each plate is enough to be shared.

I can never complain about the dining experience in Cheesecake factory, what ever i order i enjoy eating it. I have two issues with the restaurant, 1st: it is somewhat expensive.2nd: the meal size is good for two.

Its the Cheesecake Factory, a big chain so its yummy and the service is good. Sadly they dont have dairy free options though. Went for breakfast and was looking forward to a latte as they look delicious there but they only have regular milk.

Same great experience as you have in Cheesecake Factory around the world. Love it for the consistency, fantastic service and very large menu. I had the Sheilas Chicken salad, frinds had salmon & shared Chicken wings.. all were YUM! Recommend for family meals, friendly meet-ups and birthday.

The Fettuccini Alfredo with Chicken was da bomb, with cheesy fragrance and olive oil wrapped around every bit of pasta, this was dearly missed when it was swept clean. The Cheesecake Factory serves classic American style dishes that are generic comfort foods. The cheesecake is delicious if somewhat over sweet with a unique atmosphere. Enjoy your visit but be advised that because of its popularity you may have quite a delay in getting a seat during peak times especially in our current covid-19 environment.

Cheesecake Factory never disappoints. The food is consistently good. However the portions are huge.We ordered chicken avocado salad which was very nice. We also ordered chicken madeira and steak Diane. This is a great combo if you want to have chicken and a steak. Medium steak was cooked to perfection, however sometimes they have served it rare.... All soft drinks are refil.Highly recommended place.

It was my first time to eat in such an elegant restaurant like Cheesecake Factory Yas Mall Abu Dhabi.The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Pratti welcomed us in such a way that you will feel the real meaning of hospitality. Rohit is one-of-a-kind, like a gem for a high-class restaurant like this. He has the ability of treating you like a VIP customer (though Im not, obviously), but thank you Rohit.Sure will keep coming back, hopefully every weekend.
