I had 2 things crossed out my bucket list last Thursday when I took part in the indoor skydive plus wall climbing session at the CLYMB.Booking online was convenient and hassle free. Their website is detailed and easy to use.My adventure started with the 1 hour wall climbing activity which challenged my physical strength and endurance. It was my first time to try indoor wall climbing and coach Khanz kept me motivated. He was clear in giving tips/instructions to ensure my safety at all times.The exhilarating indoor skydiving episode followed. It blew my mind away and kept my adrenaline pumping. Our instructor John was friendly and approachable. He is attentive in securing everyone before the flight and made sure everyone had a good time.My overall experience was awesome. I was impressed with their safety measures and kudos to the Clymb team for making my experience amusing and worthwhile.

Thought I found the perfect gift for my nieces and nephews from halfway around the world but they could not use before the expiration because of lock down. $150 later and they get nothing out of it. Do not prepay for anything here! Rip off

Great experience! From the warm welcome at reception, to the genuine enthusiasm from our instructor John, it was a blast.The flights are short, but intense. I regularly exercise, but my heart was still beating hard after each session. The format is great that you can rest up between flights while observing the technique of the instructor. An experience unlike anything else Ive ever done!

Renewal came for parks with CLYMB voucher offer. I am here now - but didnt allow me because of weight restrictions , over 150 kg. I already did before in Jan and now cant - so not updating customers with their rules and regulations. They say it’s on their website - if the customer is renewing- they will not go to site and check each time - You guys need to be more accurate on comms . This is 3rd time happened that I have been offloaded - now will not renew and will cancel the annual pass

We went as a family with our 11 and 4 year old daughters. We werent sure if it would be very well suited for our 4 year old, but our instructor (Tony) really put her at ease and she wasnt hesitant at all. We all had had a great time, even me with my boxing day fuzzy head! Tony was incredibly friendly and patient with us, ensuring that our 4 year old was well supervised, so we also got a decent chance to climb too. He even took a video for the gram! Very friendly, excellent service. Will definitely visit again!

I like the climb experience more than the flight experience. Its an amazing sports; however, climb can Be expensive for a beginner. So, I suggest to go for combo pack they have for one of a lifetime experience. If your more interested to keep doing climb experience, know that they have assessments which you can do indoor climbing for more hours. I love that part.

My brother did the climbing with them and he really enjoyed the service. Im specifically writing this review to thank the manager hussien for his quick response and problem solving for an issue we faced.

The world’s ultimate adventure include indoor skydiving and climbing. The worlds tallest indoor climbing wall, measuring a mountainous hundreds feet in height. Located near Yas Mall, for the entrance ticket is a lil bit pricey for a newbie flyer, but its worth to try! You will get pre flight training, flight gear rental and one on one flight instruction for the first time flyer experience.

Wonderful , unique and thrilling experience . They rightly claim that no prior experience needed .one thing I would like to note is if you are not a solo traveler to this place ,there is no need to book photo and video combo from the them as I found it no special as compared to the cost.

Windtunnel is crazy large 10m diameter... Big fun!Climbing is nice as well with auto belay system.

This is a really amazing place to climb.

The place and building is great/clean/easy and unique to remember. The 5 kids with me enjoyed it. The friendly environment there. The online booking is effective. Yas leisure call center was helpful. I liked passing by the flying loop and giving the kids idea about it. The family/group discount was very good (101 instead of 120 AED). Areas of improvememt: 1) faster process of check in (especially for a gardian with many kids. Maybe one form is enough). 2) Certificates better to be given only for whoever climbed any level to the top (it will distinguish the good performer from the ones who did not put enough effort). 3) Assistants need to be focused and interested (kids are smart and remember who is not serious,playing with his phone and not encouraging them to participate) Thanks to Intructor Jalal he was interested and cooperative. Thanks to CLYMB team for organizing it with good COVID-19 precautions. This review for a first experience and certainly recommending it.

Clymb Indoor Skydiving and Climbing Center will be Worlds Tallest Climbing Wall. Last week I visited this massive structure, when I entered inside first i said WOW. a bridge connecting to this building which is located next to the Ferrari Worlds main entrance, entrance fee for visitors free.left side part for World’s tallest indoor climbing wall,UAE Flag colored wall when see at top you have to bend your head up to 180 degrees.visitor can get snacks,tea,coffee from the cafeteria and watch climbing activities. another part World’s biggest indoor skydiving flight chamber visitors must go to 4th floor in elevator to watch skydiving activities.I would say this place is the top Adventures attraction in UAE.

The climbing facility looks great and I am sure management has structured the experience for a great tourist experience. The staff is very nice and gave me a tour of the facility prior to signing up.Before you go there are some items I missed on the website you may be interested in:1) You cannot start climbing until 12 despite opening at 11.2) Regardless of experience level children under 14 are limited to only the bouldering area and a small wall.3) There is no option to test out to allow for even top rope climbing for children under 14.4) This is not a climbing Gym. This is a “experience” and for that it is worth the price.So my family went back to the other climbing wall 1/2 the price in Yas mall that is family friendly.

The climbing was really fun but after a few minutes your hand and muscles will start to hurt and it will be pain but you will get the hang of in and you can even go skydiving it has the tallest sky diving inside come check it out

Exciting experience. A must try.

The space is amazing and the walls are obviously impressive. If you are just going as a tourist it’s a great place. But if you are a climber the positives sort of stop there. The gym is 100% geared toward tourism and 0% geared towards actual climbing. There is no training area at all, not even a pull-up bar or weights. Every route is pretty much right left right left movement in a straight line to the top of the wall. The hardest grades are maybe 7a+ on both routes and boulders. Like I said, if you are just a tourist you’ll have fun but if you have much climbing experience I wouldn’t expect much. The prices are also very high.

Brilliant new attraction. My daughter is just 7 and she loved it. Great staffs and great experience. The climbing area is just amazing and the staff also very friendly. Looking forwards of going there again.

Another must try adventure experience in Abu Dhabi.......and instructors are very professional and you will be leaving the place with a smile on your face.

Being relatively starved of climbing opportunities in Abu Dhabi, I was looking forward to visiting CLYMB with my kids (10 & 8). However, I have to say that while the facility is impressive, as another reviewer has posted it’s not a climbing gym, it’s a ‘by the numbers’ experience.I understand the COVID restrictions that limit numbers, the sanitizing etc, but I’ve climbed in gyms in Australia, Europe, the US & the UK, and they have an atmosphere and vibe that comes from climbers just hanging out and enjoying the opportunity to climb.Perhaps it was the fact that my kids and I have climbed before that the instructor didn’t contribute anything to the experience other than making sure we clipped into our harnesses properly. But even in Adventure HQ the staff were far more engaged in tips and pointers, especially for the kids.And I really don’t understand why kids under 14 can’t participate in the half day sessions, or without an instructor. If I’m their guardian and I’ve signed the indemnity and I’ve passed the top-rope/belay test etc, why can’t we hang out in the gym for a few hours like we would anywhere else? It means I have to drop 360 dizzers for an hour’s climbing for three of us (or 480 if my wife comes too).Sorry, the potential is there but I think the business model & culture needs some work(Editing my previous post in response to the reply from the Owners. I think you missed my point about children climbing. Im not suggesting that kids under 14 should be able to climb alone. What I am saying is that if they are under the active supervision of their parent/legal guardian, and both children and parent/guardian have passed the belay test, and the parent/guardian has signed the waiver, children should be able to climb without the instructor. Otherwise you consign yourself to the novelty value of a single visit after which it is cost prohibitive for families to make repeat visits. So I go back to my comment about business model and culture - do you want to be just a tourist attraction or do you actually want to foster a grassroots climbing community in Abu Dhabi?)

A very modern place,amazing architecture located next to the main entrance to ferrari world,the only disadvantage is its pricey ,they should make a better packages or make an annual pass (for climbing activity) just like the other parks.

Terrible experience. They advertise the highest wall in the world and they show amazing indoor skydiving and in reality u climb a small wall and u float with someone grabbing you. Not worth the money.

We went there with a plan to climb as we are looking for new recreation for 2020, however we lost our interest to climb because on how they handle customer service, keep in mind that we are beginners dont know much about the terms that climbers are using, the staff are talking about terms we dont understand and when we asked what is that they just smile sarcastically and says obviously you are not professional when we asked about how tall is for the beginners they said its in the flyers 😞 why dont they just answer us as we cant read the whole flyers?

Had an amazing experience with John! Didn’t know what to expect for the first time and he was so knowledgeable, patient and fun!Will definitely come back for more!!! Great time!!!

Great experience for the kids

This place has a big potential regarding climbing. Walls are nice and high.Nevertheless, the routes are not really interesting and are pretty much all the same : right left right left movements. The hardest route is a 6b so far, because the holds are a bit further to catch...Hopefully this happens because it opened only few weeks ago and the team didnt have time to spend on route setting, wich is a really important part in management of a climbing gym, if not the most important.So, this place is good for beginners but is quite boring for people who climb often. We all were exepecting something more interesting! Please, do proper route setting and soon or the UAE climbing community will just not come anymore and half of this nice wall will be unused.And this is expensive... It would be nice that you offer packages, something like 10 sessions of a package for 6months or the full year.

Well, obviously we were used to Dubai and Abu Dhabi jumping on every occasion to break a record- cant blame them for that - and here we are, with the worlds tallest climbing wall, proudly dominating the rest at 42 meters high!The concept is great, but theres a few ameliorations I would like to point out to make Clymb a better climbing experience.Firstly, color codes are absolutely not an accurate indicator of the level of each route, since their range is very wide (ex: a Green-colored route will have a level anywhere between 5a and 6a, and the different is massive for an intermediate climber who can easily achieve a 5a and very hardly a 6a - like me ;)Also, the staff made us do climbing tests for almost an hour, just to evaluate if we were safe enough to climb as lead... there has to be another solution for this rather than make the client lose a big chunk of his time at Clymb just for preparations.So, yeah. Believe me, I never usually write reviews as long as this, but I really feel Clymb can be a great place and I want to help them on my scale to achieve that. Cheers 😁

As some have said before, if youre an experienced climber, youll be disappointed. For a tourist it will be ok. Nevertheless, there is a massive catch. In order for you to climb the massive 40m routes, you have to be able to lead climb, and pass their test. This means that tourists that are not experienced will only be able to climb on 10m auto-belays and the bouldering walls. Experienced climbers will be able to climb the massive wall, but routes as far as Jan 2020 were max 5.9 (5c ish) so it makes it fun, but not really challenging for most. Also, the clips are VERY close to eachother all the way up. I counted 34 on one line, which means theyre 1.2 - 1.5 meters apart or less(?). My point is that this many clips take away some continuity and flow to your climbing as youre basically clipping every 2-3 moves.Maybe fun once. Its fairly expensive for a climbing gym day pass as well, between 100-115 AED (~£20).

Hey, hey and hey🌠🌠🌠🌠I would love to share my experience in Clymb Abu DhabiWe have experienced the 2 minutes of beginner flyer skydiving experience in January 13th.It was most amazing thing I have experienced.They provide gearing(helmet and flying suit) , preflight training (what moves you have to do while you are in chamber)Instructors supervision.The booking online is much cheaper than at reception.We had package for Aed 235 for 2 minutes online, at reception is 265 Aed for 2 minutesTips:to wear comfortable shoes and sport clothes under the suit.The instructor Richard was amazing at his job.He gives very clear signals and always smiling and friendly plus he was motivating all of us.Thanks to him very much🖤🖤🖤🖤

DO NOT VISIT !!! I did not feel safe at all.waste of time and money, they are lacking interest towards their customers. Bad energy within their team. As if they have been forced to come to the office.We went there on January 13th with a plan to climb as we were looking for new places that we can climb and have fun. As soon as we got there we were welcomed by an instructor called tommy (if im not mistaken thats his name, an indian guy) the customer service handling was extremely bad with a rude attitude and lack of interest towards the customers.( he seemed he just woke up or have no energy to deal with customers ) Every time a question was asked to the instructor tommy he had no intention or interest to show or demonstrate to us anything. Instead he was sited and barely awake. after trial he failed my safety checklist without paying attention or giving me chance to do it. There was no demonstration for safety video to begin with and no instructions physical demonstration neither. When you visit a new place for the first time at least they have to demonstrate and show what they have and how things go for Safety reasons. Therefore I did NOT feel safe with them at any point. Immediately i asked for a refund because i was not allowed to do most of the climbing walls which was ridiculous. I appreciate Mark cooper the operation director or the manager of the day. He was talking to me and taking my feedback about my experience and all i said that i was disappointed and will never return back again.No safety demonstration video.No interest towards their customer whatsoever.No physical demonstration or explanation.No team work, or communication between each other.

Terrible experience! They charge you 135 Dirhams to use the kiddy climbing wall. If you want access to the real walls you have to pay an additional 300 Dirhams to show them you know how to put your harness on. Nothing was clearly explained at the counter.

I came to use the bouldering wall for a bit of a different workout. Was told this is not an option and I have to buy the 3 wall package with instructor which was not available for another hour. I have no interest in recreating the intro of Mission Impossible 2 so I do not want to use any of the other walls where a harness is needed. Clearly only aimed at tourists. I’ll just go back to Rock Republic next time in Dubai Investments Park. Such a shame as Clymb is very close to me.
