The cargo was nicely packaged and it reached safely. It was picked up in a timely manner as well. The only problem was the extreme delay in delivery once the cargo reached karachi. Instead of 25 days as they promise, 50 days passed. The Karachi staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They committed 4 different days for delivery, and didnt deliver at any of the committed days. They didnt pick up calls or respond to messages. The Dubai representative was professional and responsive and he helped me throughout the process. Eventually we had to pick the cargo up from their warehouse in Hawksbay ourselves.

Scam 3rd class quality service not phone pickup never send cargo with them never ever delivered.not recimmended

They go by another name also Pak Sarhad cargo. Cheap rates as compared to others. They are putting too much money in ads to get business but very unprofessional staff and extremely poor management. No customer service at all.

Pack your cargo yourself in good strong box.Covering sheet and sealing with rope will be done by cargo company.

Dear Brothers and sistersI normly dont write the negative review but our beloved cargo company made me write so everyone should be aware and dont go the stress which I had went through. In market plenty of companies which offer way better service.Pickup from Dubai home. 6/10 there was only one person despite several items so process took over 2 hours instead of quick.Arriving in Pakistan. Surprisingly got a call after 20 days that my cargo will be delivered to my home in Pakistan next day very goodArrival next day. Only 4 boxes and kids cycle were delivered out of total 7 pricesDelivered items conditions. one whole box was damaged and items inside were damaged and can not be used any more.Kids bicycle. Broken and not in a condition to repair again.Now big part stared for my washing machine and fridge delivery.I have given latterly 4 people phone numbers to be get in touch as apparently this company has sub agents in Pakistan. After almost 100 calls my washing machine was delivered in a broken condition(see video)Then again a nightmare stared to get my fridge as subagents dont seems a professional actually whole company. They keep on saying that we dont know where is your fridge and throwing ball to other subagent. Finally I got was broken fridge today.Door to door delivery scam. Company claimed that they delivered door to door i received my items in 3 instalments and everything they drop the items at the GT Road and to bring the items home paid separate charges for door delivery.Packing. Again company offer separat service for packing which I paid whatever they informed but surprisingly when I revived items it was just a plastic sheet which was torn already which caused brokage of items. For washing machine it was wrapped in foam coating but again washing machine is damaged.Long story short Company owner who I was in touch Abuzar blocked my number on whatapp and never replied back before blocking. His subagent in Dubai Sadiq left answering my calls saying that only arbab can answer not him.From my personal experience I DONT recommend this company at all.

This is totally fake cargo service in dubai i did 2 times cargo from them and 2 times i didnot get my things from them its been almost 7-8 months after asking from them and they delivers some of the things totally broken included big led screens which was very very expensive and they dont give any insurance and safety of the things so kindly beware of them to send anything to your country home take care of your money and imporarnt things so my advice is be careful from this kind of scams Thanks

Scammer, Cheater and Fake!!!All the 5 stars are given by their staff only which are fake too.I had sent my luggage on 18th July 2020 through Pak Sarhad Cargo and its been more than 2 months now, my shipment has not been delivered yet. Whenever I call them, they promise that my shipment will be delivered in next 3-4 days which never comes. I am totally fed-up with their service and I would not recommend to anyone. Please try to avoid them as they are not helpful at all. Secondly, they always make an excuse of rain in Karachi which is not true.

One of the WORST CARGO SERVICES in the region. Try to avoid their services. Its been 50 days my shipment has not been delivered and when I call them to follow up, firstly they wont bother to answer my call. Secondly, by any chance they answer the call they will not listen you carefully and will respond to your queries in an extremely rude manners.They trap people by offering free pick up service but when you got trapped by them then forget about your luggage. They are totally unprofessional and will give you really hard time when they collected the stuff and money.Look for alternative better options in the market which might cost you extra but should be reliable. Usually i dont like to give negative comments on any service providerOn 8th of August 2020 i sent one package to Burewala and till today i didnt receive that package.Whenever I called them they said will check and update. But now its more than a month they are not receiving my call and not replying on whatsapp. And if i did call from another they answered that let us check and will update you within 5 minutes and still same they block number and not answering call.

Everything I sent from them was damaged it was over 250kg of items even tho I mentioned my cargo has glasses and other weak material and guess what even the material which was made of iron was bent, worst cargo service ever... even my washing machine is damaged and if you ask them you have damaged they would say we don’t know. (Even paid 200AED for the packaging) you guys are the worst.
