I never faced such a rude way!!!!! Im not the person to whom they should contact, they keep calling and shout!!! They dont know anything about attitude!!!! The way they shout is unacceptable!!! They dont know their limits!!! I never heard such rudeness even from people in the street markets!! They calling back and threatening that they will open case against me, because I asked their full name details, to know to whom Im talking to.

Security person is in charge there and he will directly tell not possible and go outside.What a service from your office.If you ask want to speak with dip representative he is telling not possible. Get out.Happy that you are giving like this service to your customers.

After 6 months that the bank froze my auto payments due to covid, now that I’m trying to settle the loan they’re trying to fine me for those months. Been going round and round in circles for several months now trying to settle the loan but collections department seem to totally ignore all emails sent and I’m getting nowhere.Really frustrating and total incompetence from the bank. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Looking for some help over there, dont go no one will help you. Everytime I visit they ask me to come next week. When we ask reason, we get the answer from the guy on counter that its none of your business.They only want to spend time and go home. No one is there to help. Poor management in the branch. The senior management should focus on customer service and replace the guy from the counter.

So bad customer service, actually no customer service from this bank. My account blocked since I received my EOS, I was try to ask them how to release, no any advise,send me to Sharjah department directly, I ask them the number of collection department,because I don’t want to waste my time and money from Dubai to Sharjah, the rude people give me a false number. You guys like to cheating people like this? Hope management can do something for their team, really need improve.

I faced extreme rasicm and disrespect from the guy sitting in front of the Collection Department. He does not even care what I have to say. He needs the security to translate [I was speaking English too]. Whereas, he speaks calmly and give solutions to the westerners. Felt very hurt and bad [very unfortunate to say this happened in UAE]

Worst collection department . the front desk guys attitude is very very bad. people who work there are unprofessional , they dont have proper knowledge of anything about the bank or anything we ask we will not get a proper answer . they treat customers as their slaves . even during pandemic this bank and collection department didnt help me. because of their unprofessional work and carelessness i ended up paying a huge amount .Their attitude while asking something that is not my problem . your collection department is a problem to the customers. you guys need proper training to deal with the customers.you guys dont pick the call and why u have the telephone lines . Im really very very upset with the department .

Collection department - The worst of all the Era , if any words more than worst then that suits best here!I went to main branch in ajman with request of cheque book, but was surprised to listen that i am not eligible for it as my account is blacklisted.I went to check here(collection department) as per the guidance from main branch in ajman.Ok fine , when i went to check what is the reason that its blacklisted , the arabic guy in the reception on 11-10-2020 at 10.30 am exactly. Before i explain why i have come he started to shout that i am not in the right place blah blah, when after trying to brief what it is exactly , at the end he said , if i am blacklisted then he cannot share details to the customer why it was blacklisted and they cannot give anymore services , so i can switch to other bank as they cannot do anything. This is how the front desk/receptionist attitude comes from such a big DIB organization.Finally now i have planned to open a new bank account in other standardized bank and transfer my salary account there as this DIB has proved to be aCompletely Ultra Disrespectful Unprofessional experience!-00000 star

Went to the collections department for a kind request as an unemployed customer and the employee displayed complete unprofessional service. If there was a ZERO star rating, then DIB would claim that spot. Honestly, the worst service you can expect from any bank. I have had the worst couple of days dealing with them with no resolution whatsoever. Their collection team is horrible with no way of getting in touch directly. Will never bank with them or be affiliated with them in any way again!

Surprisingly my experience today was opposite with what I have read from all reviews about this . My account was blocked because of my end of service and I have existing personal loan and DIB credit card. After I received my first salary on my account I requested right away for unblocking of my account. It was holiday next day so I have to wait.after 3 working days still it was blocked. I requested to the branch and told me that collection department did not reply yet. I was hesitant to go to this place because of all the bad reviews I have read. But one of bank teller from the branch told me do not rely on reviews and try to go there. So today I went there and it was very fast since I came early, then the staff entertained me and after checking my account he told me that my account will be unblock and my money will be released after 2-3 hours and Alhamdulillah it was true and my account was unblock and i was able to take my money and remaining gratuity that I still have on my account. Everything was returned back to me. So thank you very much to Dubai Islamic Bank and I am very happy with your service today. : )

Insulting below the belt talk from the collection department, the guy cant give me his name, but have guts to tell me “ Go fix yourself “ “see yourself in the mirror, “and “you have more problems “ what a kind of employee your hiring in collection team, 2 months not pay (amount) 1700 AED , and your treating the customer like their criminal ..this guy (‭(04) 503 2306‬ , doesnt have mother or sister or daughter , keep provoking the customer for a fight , and telling me i will send recovery in your company..Are you serious?? DIB ..we are paying interest in your bank we are not getting any free , But you should practice good behavior , tolerance and humanity in your company.

Very bad experience.Got information from customer care to go collection department with salary transfer certificate and unblock the account and transfer debit balance to credits. They didnt do it and just send to another branch. Very disappointing behaviour and they are not valuing customers

Im really disappointed, they blocked the funds in my account when I shifted to another company due to outstanding balance of my Auto Loan with them, Ive submitted the neccessarry documents and even with WPS salary transfer for 4 consecutive months from the new company but they dont want to release still. Outstanding balance paid and also the full installment charges without completing the supposedly tenure of the Auto Loan 😥.

This bank doesn’t deserve even a single star. Poor customer service. I have a personal loan that was paid early thru my gratuity chq. My gratuity is more than my personal loan but as soon as they received my gratuity chq they blocked my acct and keep my money for the whole amount of my personal loan. Its ok to deduct my personal loan from my gratuity but at least deduct the interest from my loan since it was paid early and before maturity. I have called customer service and told me he cant do anything and it was collection dept who close my acct. And worst he cannot provide me with any contact no. Of shj main br. Why take people’s money? You have to take only what is due to you. So disappointed considering its an islamic bank. And on top of that there are some amount that has been charged to my account which customer service cannot even explain.

Very bad , I been calling to call center to ask and let me meet collection department that i have changed my company and need to speak with collection department for further needful, but on call center they are taking request place note to collection department no one get back to me and they left to their own team that collect department reject to call back to the client..... I have taken loan and I AM FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM to advise that more steps to be done since i join new company, even those i have submitted by salary transfer letter twice to the branch. when i calling back to call center to inquiry about the same they said that cannot able to see that i have submitted, hayath call agent denied not received a week ago i called and this letter has been confirmed by zia only left to transfer the salary.. still no one calling back to me...................very disappointing to receive this kind of service with reputation back............

I visited the place to find out how to make 3 late paymentsSo the employee gave me his e-mail to send me a message regarding the account to send me my account number to which the arrears should be paid, and he told me that my e-mail will be answered within a working day, so I asked him for the office number to communicate in the event that the e-mail was not answered, so he provided me with my landline numberAfter a week of sending the mail and repeating reminders to re-send it on a daily basis, and I could not find any response, I called the office number, and as I expected the number is disabled despite calling at different times and on different days.We wish the management of Dubai Islamic Bank to consider the quality of service provision

There is an employee named Roshan Al-Assad. He is the worst employee ever. His style is bad and he doesnt want help. Yells at the customer and raises his voice and does not respect the customer. I tried to cancel my dealings with him, but he refused and told me to do what you want and you will not be able to do anything.
